Basically I love these. It's a great art form. Gingerbread and gingerbread cookies are at the top of my favorite holiday foods too. Also I picture the witch in the Hansel and Gretel story living in one of these. Maybe that's how it was illustrated in the storybook I had as a child. Is that right?
