I was taking a creative writing class from Diane Manning (do you remember her?) and she introduced us to Ferlinghetti's work. I was hooked. Every line in his poem is a doorway to the pulse of creativity. Nuggets of artist gold. Aaaahhhhh, I am blissed out!! Thank you for posting this piece.
